Return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to initiate a return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at LuxuryPupLuxury@gmail.com or call 918-208-9553 with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable goods
Intimate or sanitary items
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.
